Garg facility comprises total area of over 2,00,000 sq.ft. at B-210B, Phase-2, Noida, India.

This facility serves the unique and critically important needs of our valued customers. We have here the latest technologies and machines to manufacture and pack with more advanced technologies, new packaging styles innovating in the industry.

Company is having huge modern plating plant of Electro-Brass, Oxidizing, Japanned, Zinc & powder coating and are capable to produce around one million pieces of plated products plus two million screws a day.

Company is having well equipped own tool room which comprises 12 different types of CNC Machines to meet specific requirements of customers for the development of new products to their entire satisfaction.

Company has in-house Test Lab which is equipped with the state-of-the-art instruments / equipments, including in house Salt spray test chamber.

The Company has its own in-house packaging by using latest Skin Packaging machines, wrap round blister, printed polybags, Clams, Tags and window boxes with identification labels and barcode and label printing machines with scan tester to ensure readability & correctness of the barcode in-house.

Company is also having In-house designing department to create artwork according to customers need.

All other facilities like warehousing, palletisation, stuffing of containers are also in-house for faster distribution.
